In the last 13 years of practicing my craft of Massage Therapy, I have been working with essential oils for at least 10. I’m not a scientific expert by any means but having used them on clients and on myself and family and I can definitely tell you about their benefits on so many levels.
I started off just using Japanese Mint oil for muscle aches and tension release and moved to Lavender for pain and relaxation. Both smell amazing and so the aromatherapy aspect to them is also beneficial.
Next I learned about oils that have the properties to detox our bodies..externally and internally through absorption!
Anti-viral/anti-fungal/anti-bacterial/anti- parasitic OILS
This group of oil is the one that interests me the most. In the age of super bugs due to the over use of antibiotics I embrace a natural way to keep healthy.

My first blend is named THOR. Thor was a Germanic/Norse god whose job was to protect mankind. What a suiting name for a blend of 5 oils which can help to keep us healthy!
